An 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ cast-iron pig to keep your bacon flat for fast, even cooking with minimal shrinkage. Yeah, whatever. It’s an iron pig to make your bacon even more crispy and delicious. It’s suggested that you could use it when grilling sandwiches and quesadillas. I guess you could do that if you wanted, but that would really go against the spirit in which it is intended to be used don’t you think?
